FA Youth Cup Final 1st leg: Sheffield United 2-2 Manchester United

The FA Youth Cup final has always been a trophy of great importance to United. Ever since the days of the Busby Babes saw Duncan Edwards tearing up the cup, United has been at the forefront of youth competition and this year has been no different. With the likes of Pogba, Keane and Morrison in the squad, this years crop of youngsters looks like it could produce some fine United players for the future.

The game saw a controversial Jesse Lingard opener cancelled out by a wonder goal from Sheffield’s Callum Mcfadzen. United re-took the lead through a Will Keane strike but yet again Sheffield came back and equalised through Jordan Slew. The return leg at Old Trafford is set for next Monday and information about how to buy tickets can be found here .
