United prodigy Ryan Tunnicliffe is set to join Peterborough on loan in the Championship next season in a move by SAF to try and help the progression of this great young prospect. He made 17(1) appearances for the academy last season as well as 9(4) appearances and looks to be making a move to the Championship side in order to get a full season under his belt. SAF will give his son Darren the task of ensuring that Tunnicliffe takes another step towards being ready to move into the senior squad at Manchester United and having already taken Ben Amos and James Chester on loan previously, these reports would seem to be early yet true. Tunnicliffe won the coveted Jimmy Murphy Young Player of the Year Award this year at the annual Manchester United awards and he is tipped to be a future star for the Red Devils, so let’s hope that this loan deal goes through and we see a breakthrough season from the young lad.
