De Gea, Lindegaard; Rafael, Evans, Ferdinand, Büttner, Smalling, Evra; Cleverley, Giggs, Anderson, Nani, Valencia, Carrick, Young, Powell; Rooney, Welbeck, Chicharito, van Persie.
Manchester United have taken a full squad to face Braga tomorrow night in the Champions League.
The inclusion of Danny Welbeck is a good sign considering he didn’t make the bench against Arsenal after the defeat to Chelsea in the Capital One Cup but it is the return of Chris Smalling that is the most welcome news from the squad.
He makes return to the squad after being injured since the start of the season and it is a welcome return for the English defender considering how stretched Manchester United’s defence has been at points this season. Smalling has really impressed in his first two years at United with his versatility giving him a lot of game time and with a busy schedule up ahead, it gives Sir Alex real options.
Anything but a loss against Braga tomorrow night will all but seal our progress to the knockout stages and a victory will cap off a mightily impressive group stage performance, especially considering our troubles last season.
