Thiago Alcantara’s father and agent Mazinho will inform Barcelona that his son wants to move to Manchester United after returning from Old Trafford, according to Guillem Ballague.
Thiago's dad just back from Manchester. He wants to meet FCB to tell them his son wants to go to United. But FCB want 2 convince him 2 stay

Ballague’s claims support AS Spain’s report, a publication he writes for, that Thiago wants to call a meeting with Barcelona to tell them of a desired move.
But Ballague’s claims have not always been on the money in the past when it comes to United. Take his Falcao statement for example.
After @soccerex and #4Amigos tonight, let's deal with Falcao/MU. But they HAVE paid an advance as they did with de Gea

Despite Ballague’s previous inaccuracies, a move away from Barcelona grows increasingly likely every day for Thiago given his clear desire to become a regular first team player.
In reasons years, Spanish playmakers have stolen the spotlight in the Premier League. Manchester City have David Silva, Chelsea have Juan Mata, Arsenal have Santi Cazorla and Thiago could slot seamlessly into United’s side.
Alongside Carrick, it could be the solution to a midfield problem that has been United’s weakness for years. It seems too good to be true and right now, that is the case.
Rumours have picked up in pace since Thiago’s brilliant hat-trick against Italy in the U21 European Championship final but there is still no confirmation of any involvement from either club.
