Transfer round up: Moyes meets Kroos and Reus’ agent, second bid submitted and Rooney set for mega deal

David Moyes was pictured with Toni Kroos and Marco Reus’ agent out in Germany where he watched Bayern Munich beat Monchengladbach 2-0. Kroos’ contract talks have stalled in Germany which has led to speculation he could leave the club.

Luke Shaw has been the subject of a £22.5 million bid from Manchester United according to The Mirror. On paper, Shaw is by far and out one of the best long term left back prospects that David Moyes could sign, so hopefully this has legs.

Wayne Rooney is close to agreeing an absolutely mind boggling £300,000 a week contract with United. The deal would see him get another massive pay rise and would keep him at the club until he was 32. It signifies a marked change in thought given that he was looking to leave in the summer. Should Rooney stay or be sold? Have your say.

Rio Ferdinand has got an offer from the MLS according to David McDonnell. Given that Ferdinand has more than likely been leaking the team news to McDonnell all season, I’d say he knows what he is talking about when it comes to Ferdinand. Hopefully, he is right because Ferdinand is past it now which is a shame given how good he was last year.

Reported United target Ever Banega is now catching the attention of Sunderland and they have now enquired about the availability of the controversial Argentinian midfielder, who is as well known on the pitch as off it due to his antics that have included breaking his own foot by accidentally letting his car run over it at a petrol station.
