Both players can walk out of this season with some pride still intact as they were two of our best performers on the whole.
De Gea was the best goalkeeper in the Premier League, despite what the PFA Team of the Year suggests, and Mata did more in half a season than a lot of our players did in the whole of it.
Going into next year, we’ll need both of them on top form again and those two combined with the rest of the squad, new players and a new manager should see United get right back amongst it.

See you next season. We promise to give you more happy moments. Thanks for being there always! #MUFC

Is there anything that these two don’t do together? Now they are sending messages to fans in unison as well.
