Manchester United have made an enquiry about 15-year-old goalkeeper Mile Svilar, his father has confirmed to Nieuwsblad.
Svilar is currently with Belgian side Anderlecht and despite being only 15, he has been named in their UEFA Champions League Youth squad that is designed for Under-19s.
The youngster has already had a trial with Chelsea and has been invited over by Arsenal but while his father confirmed all the current interest, he said there was no chance his son would be moving any time soon.
“He has trialled at Chelsea and Manchester United also enquired. Everyone wants him,” he said.
“But we already have an agreement with Anderlecht, even though he can’t sign a contract until his 16th birthday.
“There is nowhere better for him than Anderlecht. At his 20th birthday, we’ll see.”
United have already signed 17-year-old goalkeeper Vanja Milinkovic this summer and boast a strong set of young goalkeepers in the academy but are clearly keeping their eyes on the biggest talent around Europe.
Anderlecht’s youth academy has had some fantastic graduates in recent years including Adnan Januzaj and Romelu Lukaku.
