Louis van Gaal continues to make more changes at Manchester United

Louis van Gaal has continued to stamp his own identity on Manchester United behind the scenes by removing the club’s creche and moving the players’ lounge elsewhere, The Mirror reports.

The Dutchman has been unafraid to make wide-scale changes at United this year in order to give him the foundations he feels he needs to re-build United in his own style and these changes behind the scenes would be another step in that direction.

The Mirror reports the creche has now been turned into a medical room which may or may not be as a direct consequence of United’s terrible luck with injuries this year.

Not everything Van Gaal is going to be met with widespread support from every player at United but he needs to be given a free reign to do whatever he feels is necessary to give him the biggest possible chance of success. If removing amenities such as a lounge and a creche are all part of it, then so be it.
