The 20-year-old right-back joins from Manchester based Salford City and was previously part of Manchester City’s academy.
El Fitouri will go straight into Man United’s U21s side to play underneath Warren Joyce and speaking to ManUtd.com about the move, El Fitouri said it was a dream come true.
“This is honestly a dream come true for me and I have to thank Salford City for the chance, as well as the faith they have shown in me,” said El Fitouri.
“I am really looking forward to what happens next and to be given the opportunity to do so at Manchester United is unbelievable.”
El Fitorui was recommended to Man United by Paul Scholes and Phil Neville after they watched him in action for Salford City, so although he was released by Man City, the ex-United legends clearly saw some talent in him which counts for something.
It might not be the first time defensive signing which Man United fans would have hoped for but bringing in a new youngster is never a bad thing and it will be good to see him in action for the U21s.
