Angel di Maria has suffered from a substantial drop in form since his return from a pelvic injury at the start of the year.
After enjoying a blistering start to his Old Trafford career, a recent Sky Sports graphic has shown just how far the Argentine’s game has fallen. Since the start of 2015, Di Maria has registered zero goals and zero assists in four games. He has created just eight chances and has a 20% shooting accuracy. His crossing accuracy is even worse and currently stands at 12%:
The 26-year-old shied away from a number of 50-50 challenges during the 1-1 draw against West Ham United on Sunday and his corners were poor. He looked a shadow of the player that terrorised defences at Real Madrid last season and nothing like a £60m signing.

Di Maria, who joined for £59.7m in the summer, will point to the fact that he has had to deal with an attempted burglary at his home in Cheshire in recent weeks but his recent performance levels have been a source of frustration for United fans given he started so well at the club.
He will need to turn things around and quickly as United look to get back to winning ways against Burnley on Wednesday night.
