Van Persie missed Man United’s 3-1 win over Preston North End earlier this week after suffering an injury in the build-up. Van Gaal said he would be available for Swansea after the game and has now reaffirmed that stance.
Jones, meanwhile, had to come off just five minutes into United’s 3-1 win over Burnley last week after rolling his ankle.
Van Gaal allayed any concerns over the fitness of the duo by confirming they are both available to play against Garry Monk’s side:

The news will come as a relief to United fans as Swansea have proven they are a dangerous side this season. They are currently ninth in the Premier League table, 13 points behind United.
Jones’ return in particular will be a boost for United as the game will be Gylfi Sigurdsson’s first one back following a suspension.
