Manchester United transfer news including Ronaldo, Bale and Pogba

Here is the latest Manchester United transfer news and gossip.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale are both targets for United this summer (Sky Sports). Spanish football correspondent Graham Hunter has claimed that United will look in to the possibility of signing either Cristiano Ronaldo or Gareth Bale in this summer’s transfer window. The Spanish giants are going through a spot of turmoil and both Ronaldo and Bale have appeared unhappy of late. Manchester City are also reportedly monitoring the situation of both players.

Paulo Dybala wants to stay in Italy if he leaves Palermo (Gianluca Di Marzio). Dybala’s impressive performances and form have caught the attention of a wide variety of clubs, including United. However, his representatives have reportedly told Palermo president Zamparini that their client would prefer a move to an alternative Serie A side. Juventus are favourites to land Dybala, however, they will face competition from many other top clubs.

Nathaniel Clyne will reject a new contract at Southampton and hopes to move to United (The Mirror). The talented right-back has been identified as a potential solution for Louis Van Gaal‘s right back headache and it would now appear that Clyne will turn down a new deal at St. Marys in the hope of securing a move to Old Trafford this summer.

United are prepared to pay £55 million for Paul Pogba (The Express). The young French superstar has been frequently linked with a move back to United and it is now being reported that the club are prepared to pay up to £55 million to bring him back to Old Trafford. It is thought Chelsea will rival United in any attempts to bring Pogba back to England.
