Radamel Falcao has a fresh opportunity to re-find his form away on international duty with Colombia this week.
The striker is excited to get away from Manchester United for Colombia’s upcoming games against Bahrain and Kuwait, which doesn’t come as too much of a surprise.
He hasn’t been able to shake the cobwebs from his post-surgery slump and has come under some staunch criticism for his underwhelming performances.
However, he’s a demigod in Colombia and they daren’t speak a bad word against him, so he’ll enjoy a much more forgiving environment, at least for a short space of time.
Arriving at Bahrein with a lot of excitement to face these two matches and continue growing as a team.

It very much looks like a case of too little too late now for Falcao as we’re about to go into April and he is still so bereft of confidence but until his loan spell ends, fans are still hoping to see him turn the screw.
Having a very strong international break could refresh Falcao and maybe it’s the perfect tonic for his current plight. It’s wishful thinking but at this stage he needs a miracle to survive at Old Trafford beyond the summer.
