Radamel Falcao trains ahead of Everton but may struggle for more opportunities

by Sam Peoples

The Radamel Falcao story rumbles on this week and ahead of Everton, the Colombian striker has been hard in training.

Having put in a very unimpressive performance against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge last week, there are plenty of question marks as to whether he should start at Goodison Park on Sunday.

With Michael Carrick injured and Daley Blind doubtful, there is every chance Wayne Rooney will once again have to play in a deeper midfield role, meaning Louis van Gaal will have to choose somebody else to play up front once again.

Falcao has had so many opportunities this year to show his true colours but here we are, only a few games away from the end of the season, still unconvinced as to whether he is able to return to his old self following his serious injuries.

Man United fans have been extremely patient with Falcao this season and afforded him multiple opportunities but after his disappointing showing at Stamford Bridge last weekend, has their patience run out?
