Anthony Martial was substituted just after an hour mark against England, much to the delight of Manchester United fans.
The 19-year-old played on the left-wing and gave Nathaniel Clyne plenty of problems with his raw pace but wasn’t able to help France get on the score sheet.
Overall, Martial will be happy with how he played. He was dangerous on the ball and gave France a real outlet on the wing. It’s a shame they couldn’t make more of it but Man United fans were happy with how he got on.
Every time I watch Martial he impresses me. What a player we have on our hands.

Clyne ain't no slouch for pace and Martial left him for dead

Whisper it quietly but IF Rooney played into some consistent form, Martial plays up top & an attacker signs in Jan.. could be in business.

Next up for Martial and United is a trip to Watford at the weekend. After another mind numbingly boring international break, United will want to get straight back to business ahead of the busy festive international period.
There’s no better way to get back to form than a win and although an away trip is never easy, United will be looking for all three points and how well Martial plays is probably going to be crucial if we are to win.
