Manchester United have learned their first six potential UEFA Europa League opponents after the conclusion of the Champions League group stages.
Following the end of the Europa League group stages, Man United will learn the full 16 team list of possible opponents.
As it stands, United could be drawn against Valencia, Galatasaray, Shakhtar, Sevilla, Saint-Etienne and Partizan Belgrade.
Due to being seeded in the draw, United will avoid the bigger teams in the pot but there are plenty of tough games in what is a pretty competitive Europa League this season.
The stand-out draw is obviously going to be Gary Neville’s Valencia and because football works in mysterious ways, you can definitely see that happening.
Also in the draw will be Liverpool but we wouldn’t be able to face them until the round of 16 (Europa League has a round of 32 tie).
We’ll bring you a full breakdown of our potential opponents as soon as we have it.
