Manchester United’s full list of potential opponents in the UEFA Europa League draw has now been confirmed.
Although it is the lesser of the two European competitions behind the Champions League, there are plenty of very tricky games who Man United could pull out of the hat.
Borussia Dortmund would be a very hard game as would Gary Neville’s Valencia or Turkish side Galatasaray who always pose a daunting away day.
Easier draws would be the likes of Augsburg, Anderlecht or FC Midtjylland but anything can happen in the draw.
My prediction is for us to be drawn against Valencia just so Neville comes back to Old Trafford on the opposing side for the first, and hopefully last, time in his career – football works in mysterious ways and it always throws up fixtures like this.
Here’s the list in full: Valencia, Galatasaray, Shakhtar Donetsk, Sevilla, Saint-Etienne, Fenerbahce, FC Sion, Borussia Dortmund, FC Midtjylland, Villarreal, Marseille, Anderlecht, Sparta Prague, Sporting Lisbon, Fiorentina, Augsburg.
