Barnsley have signed Manchester United youngster Ashley Fletcher on a one-month loan deal.
Fletcher rose through the ranks at Man United having impressed at U16, U18 and U21 level.
The striker is highly regarded by coaches at United and it will be interesting to see how he develops at Barnsley following his move to the club.

Barnsley are currently 17th in the League One table and will be looking to Fletcher as a player who can propel them up the league.
It is a big ask for Fletcher but the experience should toughen him up mentally and physically.
He had hoped to follow in the footsteps of the likes of Cameron Borthwick-Jackson and Andreas Pereira by making an impression in United’s first-team but it looks like his opportunities will be limited following Adnan Januzaj’s return to Old Trafford this week. He will be hoping to score plenty of goals for Barnsley to force his way into Louis van Gaal’s thinking.
