Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has handed 18-year-old Marcus Rashford his second consecutive start up top for the Premier League clash against Arsenal this afternoon.

Rashford makes the team in the absence of the injured Anthony Martial, who picked up a complaint during the warm-up prior to the match against FC Midtjylland this week.

Meanwhile, David de Gea and Marcos Rojo make their return from injuries to come in for Sergio Romero and Joe Riley.

Michael Carrick continues at the back, while Guillermo Varela takes a place on the right hand side of defence.

With United’s squad ravaged by injury, it is an inexperienced and awkward looking side but van Gaal’s team gained some momentum for themselves with a convincing 5-1 win over Midtjylland. It will be interesting to see how the two sides approach the game this afternoon tactically.
