Manchester United have named Marcus Rashford as their Player of the Month for February following his blistering start to life at Old Trafford.
In the space of a week, Rashford went from a relative unknown to being heralded as Man United’s saviour following two braces against FC Midtjylland and Arsenal.
His two goals (and an assist) in his Premier League debut against Arsenal, in particular, saw Rashford move into the spotlight as his emergence provided a boost to everyone associated with the club.

The 18-year-old took 56% of the fan vote, ahead of Memphis Depay (31%) and Jesse Lingard (13%).
United have a long history of bringing through young talent and Rashford became the latest player to etch his name into the club’s folklore with the two performances against Midtjylland and Arsenal.
On Wednesday, against Watford, the youngster put in another solid display as United sealed a vital 1-0 win. He has a lot of work ahead of him yet but Rashford has made a brilliant start to his career at United.
