Marcus Rashford will have been dreaming about making his Manchester United debut since he was a kid but never in his wildest dreams would he have imagined the start he’d have.
The 18-year-old’s stunning brace on his Man United debut against FC Midtjylland was brilliant and he followed it up with an even better brace against Arsenal a few days later to make it four goals in his first two appearances.
Rashford might not have scored in his third game but he did enough to win the Player of the Month award and deservedly so.

Nobody could have expected Rashford to do what he did and for me it was the best moment of the season, even more so than Anthony Martial‘s goal against Liverpool on his debut. I went absolutely barmy for Rashford’s second goal against Arsenal, I was hugging people I’d never talked to before and that hasn’t happened for a long time at Old Trafford.
It’s been a brilliant start for Rashford and I can’t wait to see how he gets on for the rest of the season.
