Here is the latest Manchester United transfer news and gossip.

Jose Mourinho has insisted that he’s got “good options” to return to work following his sacking from Chelsea in December. Numerous reports have suggested that Mourinho is in line to replace Louis van Gaal at Manchester United at the end of the campaign.

Everton striker Romelu Lukaku has refused to comment on speculation surrounding his future amid rumours that Man United are interested in signing him. The 22-year-old is said to be attracting interest from Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid but Lukaku insisted that he is just focusing on his own form rather than transfer rumours.

Paul Ince believes former side Man United are more than capable of beating Liverpool and advancing to the next round of the Europa League on Thursday. The Dutchman’s side suffered a 2-0 loss in the first leg at Anfield last week, with Daniel Sturridge and Roberto Firmino both scoring.

Lastly, David de Gea has insisted that his side does not “surrender” following the 1-1 draw against West Ham United in the FA Cup on Sunday. Man United earned a sixth-round Cup replay at Upton Park as Anthony Martial scored to cancel out Dimitri Payet’s superb free-kick.
