Zlatan Ibrahimovic has revealed that Premier League clubs are interested in signing him in the summer.
Ibrahimovic’s contract at Paris Saint-Germain expires at the end of the season and he recently admitted that he will definitely leave the French club.
Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal are among those said to be interested in the Swede, who has scored 62 international goals in 111 appearances.
When asked about the Premier League, Ibrahimovic said: ”There has been interest and we will see where it leads.
“But it would have to be like a marriage, both sides have to want it as much.”
United have lacked a mercurial figure up top this season, one who can take a game by the scruff of the neck and win it for his side.
Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford and Wayne Rooney have impressed there at points over the course of the campaign but it is clear that United need an elite striker if they are to get back to the top. Ibrahimovic, although entering the twilight of his career, is a supreme talent and one that United would be wise to bring in should he be keen on a move.
