The Spaniard went off in the second half in some discomfort but although West Ham mounted a mini-comeback, Man United held on to seal an FA Cup semi-final clash with Everton next weekend at Wembley.

Apart from a slow start where West Ham put United under some serious pressure, Louis van Gaal‘s side were in control for the majority of the game.
The two players alongside Herrera, Lingard and Rashford, were both excellent at Upton Park. Lingard shook off a poor first half and really put in a good shift in the second with only his finishing letting him down from getting on the score sheet.
Rashford’s finishing certainly didn’t let him down and his curler into the top corner is one of United’s best goals of the season to date. It was a true moment of class from an 18-year-old who is continuing to grow in influence in a magnificent breakthrough season.
If we can play like we did in that second half against Everton, then an FA Cup final place awaits us. Fingers crossed we can do just that.
