Manchester United fans blast their side’s performance against Norwich City

Manchester United fans have criticised their side following the abysmal performance in Saturday’s 1-0 draw against Norwich City on Saturday.

Man United were awful at Carrow Road, with the game barely being played at a friendly pace, particularly in the first half.

Things improved in the second period but Juan Mata’s winning strike was United’s only real chance of the entire match. Supporters lambasted their side as they put in another disappointing display:

This season has seen a series of lows for United but their awful campaign reached new depths against Norwich, despite the result.

It was hard to think of a worse performance from Louis van Gaal’s side this term, save the first leg of the Europa League clash against FC Midtjylland in February.

Louis van Gaal has robbed United of their confidence, swagger and attacking verve and he must go in the summer. Ed Woodward, too, must face the consequences for sticking by the Dutchman for so long. United may well end the season on a successful note but this has truly been a disastrous campaign.
