Manchester United need to beat Bournemouth on the final day of the Premier League season if they are to stand any chance of securing Champions League qualification and Louis van Gaal will be keen to play his strongest side for the clash.
Van Gaal will also be hoping that Swansea City beat Manchester City this weekend as any other set of results would deny Man United fourth spot.
United will be relying on the likes of Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial to provide a creative spark going forward, but Morgan Schneiderlin may face the axe following his disappointing display in the 3-2 defeat against West Ham United last time out:
Ander Herrera wasn’t much better at Upton Park but van Gaal is hardly blessed with a wealth of options due to the suspension of Marouane Fellaini.
Elsewhere, Juan Mata may be dropped as his lack of physicality and pace was exposed by West Ham.
