Marcus Rashford has signed a new contract at Manchester United, tying him down to the club until at least June 20 with an option to extend for a further year.
Rashford has enjoyed a remarkable rise to prominence since scoring twice on his debut for Man United against FC Midtjylland in February. Three days later, he scored another brace against Arsenal in the Premier League.
The 18-year-old has gone from strength to strength since, bagging eight goals in total and playing a key role in United’s FA Cup victory.

Rashford is a superb talent and it is fantastic that he has been recognised for his efforts. His new deal is said to be worth around £20,000-a-week, with performance related bonuses included.
The task for Rashford now is to impress under the reign of Jose Mourinho.
United are rumoured to be in for Zlatan Ibrahimovic and they will undoubtedly strengthen up top but it would be hard to leave Rashford out the starting XI, such has been his impact. But first of all, Rashford will be focused on a potential surprise inclusion in Roy Hodgson’s England squad for the European Championships.
