Manchester United will sign Zlatan Ibrahimovic and are looking to tie up the deal before Euro 2016 kicks off next Friday night, if reports are correct.
The 34-year-old scored 52 goals in all competitions for Paris Saint-Germain last season and would become the first signing of the Jose Mourinho era at Man United.
United have struggled in recent times to score goals. Under Louis van Gaal last year, we only managed 49 goals in 38 games. That was the second lowest in the top half of the table and even Chelsea managed ten more than that paltry sum.
On the other hand, Zlatan has scored 30 or more goals in five of his last seasons and unless his form and physical ability take a spectacular nosedive, he will almost guarantee goals at Old Trafford and he’d certainly be welcomed with open arms by United fans.

Given his age, signing the Swede to a one-year contract is best for all concerned and if he can fire United back into the Champions League, it can go down as an undoubted success for years to come.
