Fans were disappointed to see Zlatan Ibrahimovic retire from international football after Sweden were knocked out of Euro 2016.
The 34-year-old announced on Tuesday the tournament would be his last and he would not represent Sweden at the Rio Olympics as previously expected.
He has scored 62 goals in 116 games for Sweden, but failed to find the back of the next at the European Championship in France.
Here’s what fans had to say about Ibrahimovic’s retirement:

Sweden’s elimination means Man United could potentially complete the signing of Ibrahimovic in time for their pre-season tour of China.
He was expected to represent his country at the Rio Olympics in August and would have missed out on time to meet up with new team-mates, the pre-season tour and the start of the season.
It’s sad to see him leave international football but his memories that will always live on and there will always be a chance for Zlatan to make more history at Old Trafford.
