Paul Pogba’s agent has approved Manchester United’s proposed package for the Frenchman as the club do not see an issue in meeting Juventus’ asking price, according to reports.
The 23-year-old is expected to make a decision on his future next week as Man United prepare to make a world-record bid worth over £100m.
Man United are believed to have told Raiola they want to complete the deal as quickly as possible as they don’t want the sage to continue all summer.
Manchester Evening News claim Raiola has already advised Pogba to join United over Real Madrid, who have pulled out of the race to sign him as they are reluctant to match United’s probable world-record offer for Pogba.
Di Marzio has recently claimed Raiola has been trying to push through a deal to Old Trafford for a 20% commission fee, but with Madrid ending their interest in Pogba Man United now have a green light to land the Frenchman’s services.
It’d be an incredible signing for Man United should a deal be reached and I would love to see him back in a red shirt after he left for a free transfer in 2012 following a disagreement with Sir Alex Ferguson.
He’s an exceptional talent and would definitely help inject quality into our midfield while teaming up with new signings Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Eric Bailly at Old Trafford.
