Will Keane and James Wilson are both back to training with Manchester United ahead of the side’s pre-season tour in China.

Keane returned from a loan spell at Preston North End at the start of the year, but has been largely sidelined through injury since returning to Manchester.

Wilson spent last season at Brighton and Hove Albion, scoring five goals in 25 appearances in an unsuccessful promotion bid for The Seagulls.

Here are some photos of the two youngsters working hard during their first session under Jose Mourinho:

The departure of Ashley Fletcher to West Ham has given both youngsters the chance to assert themselves on the first-team during the pre-season.

Wilson introduced himself in blistering fashion, scoring twice on his debut before featuring in a handful of games under Louis van Gaal, and could impress Mourinho with his direct running style and immense work rate.

Keane, despite being a talented player, has struggled to make his mark at the club due to a string of injuries. With the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Wayne Rooney, Antony Martial and Marcus Rashford ahead of them in the pecking order, a sensational pre-season is necessary for a chance in the first team next season.
