Mino Raiola meets Juventus to finalise Paul Pogba deal, Man United move is imminent

Paul Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola met with Juventus and their lawyers on Thursday afternoon to finalise Paul Pogba’s move to Manchester United.

Gianluca di Marzio reports that Juventus’ lawyers now have to draw up the final contract which, once signed, will confirm his transfer to Man United to become Jose Mourinho’s fourth signing of the summer.

It’s been a tumultuous few weeks as far as United fans are concerns because there have been so many twists and turns with this Pogba deal but we’re now on the precipice of completing the transfer and bringing Pogba back to Old Trafford. Unbelievable.

Di Marzio has been at the forefront of all the Pogba stories ever since reports emerged at the end of Euro 2016 that he had already agreed terms with United. Since then, there’s been so much to and fro it’s been difficult to keep track of but thankfully there looks to be light at the end of the tunnel.

So long as Raiola’s fee doesn’t cause any more unnecessary delays, there are no obvious blocks stopping Pogba to United. By the time we kick off against Galatasaray, he may well be confirmed as a United player. Fingers crossed.
