Zlatan Ibrahimovic has taken part in his first Manchester United training session as our new No.9.
The Swedish striker was given an extended holiday break by Jose Mourinho following his participation in Euro 2016 but the 34-year-old is now in Manchester and was all smiles alongside his new team-mates at Carrington.

It’s a big moment for Man United. Ibrahimovic has arrived; he comes with a reputation which is bigger than his name and many fans of opposition teams are willing him to fail. They have been for years but Zlatan has delivered at every club he’s been at.
Now, he’s got arguably his biggest challenge ahead at United. After three years of turmoil we’ve lost our identity as perennial trophy winners but Zlatan has built his career on doing just that – winning, wherever he’s been. Mourinho brought him in to re-instate that mentality and fans are desperate for him to do so.
First up for Zlatan will be a friendly this weekend against Galatasaray before Wayne Rooney‘s testimonial and the Community Shield against Leicester City. Then, we kick off the Premier League away to Bournemouth and Zlatan will no doubt take a spot on centre-stage for all of it. Welcome to United, Zlatan.
