Chris Smalling and Henrikh Mkhitaryan are yet to start for Manchester United in the Premier League this season but they are both in contention to play Hull City this weekend.
The duo would be in my starting XI if the whole squad was fit, so they are in this potential starting team which does include a few changes.
I’ve put Morgan Schneiderlin in for Marouane Fellaini, not because I think the Belgian should be dropped but as a midfielder Schneiderlin offers a more complete package – you might disagree, of course.
But the player I am very keen to see is Mkhitaryan. As good as United have been in our opening couple of games, we’ve desperately lacked pace in attack unless the ball is with Anthony Martial. Bringing in Mkhitaryan on the wing would solve that.
Up front, Zlatan Ibrahimovic is a given but imagine how liquid our attack would be if Martial, Marcus Rashford and Mkhitaryan played? Not many, or any, defences could contain that much pace.
