Ian Wright: Manchester United will have problems against the bigger teams

Ian Wright has issued a warning to Jose Mourinho insisting his Manchester United side will be tested by the bigger sides in the Premier League.

The Portuguese boss has guided his side to the perfect start to the season with back-to-back wins in the campaign.

Man United won 3-1 over Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium and cruised to a comfortable 2-0 win against Southampton at Old Trafford on Friday night.

Speaking about Mourinho’s side, Wright has warned Mourinho the real test still hasn’t come yet.

“Manchester United were quite easy to get into and attack,” he said.

“Jose Mourinho’s will have a much bigger problem against the better teams in the league.”

Man United fans have suffered disappointing tenures under Louis van Gaal and David Moyes, but it looks like things at Old Trafford are finally looking positive.

His four fundamental signings have played a vital role in turning the squad from contenders to favourites to lift the trophy.

Mourinho’s side face Hull City this weekend before facing Manchester City on September 10 in the all-important Manchester Derby, where Pep Guardiola and Mourinho will continue their infamous rivalry.

Both Manchester clubs are currently at the top of the table so the outcome of the game will be vital as each manager is aiming to re-claim the title of Leicester City.
