Manchester United fans were left overawed by Paul Pogba’s display during their side’s 4-1 win over Fenerbahce in the Europa League on Thursday night.
The Frenchman was simply unstoppable against the Turkish side, capping off a complete midfield performance with two goals – a penalty and a laser guided strike from outside the box.
Man United supporters were quick to sing the 23-year-old’s praises.
Pogba was denied by woodwork against Watford and Stoke. Those go in and it's a very different evaluation of his (re) start at United

That's the £89m-rated Paul Pogba coming through. What a belter. Lovely goal – let this be a foundation to build on. Much more like it.

Tonight marked the first time the entire footballing world was forced to sit back and admire the sheer, unequivocal brilliance of Pogba in one breathtaking moment.
The Frenchman has only shown glimpses of his talent since joining United in August, usually with a perfect pass or a turn that takes three opponents out of the game. His second goal against Dick Advocaat’s side, however, was an illustration of the storming impact he can inflict on opposition sides. It was, in a sense, connotative of Pogba’s style as a whole: packed with power, and yet laced with exquisite technique and vision.
This felt like a practice game for Pogba, such was the effortless nature of his performance. Every pass, every turn, and every strike was done with a kind of arrogance that can only stem from true talents, and United fans will be desperate to see more of the same on Sunday.
