Bastian Schweinsteiger has been pictured in training with Manchester United’s first-team.
He was been omitted from Jose Mourinho’s Europa League squad, but was seen training ahead of the Fenerbahce clash.
Supporters were surprised to see him in action after reports suggested he had also been banned from training with Warren Joyce’s reserves side earlier in the week.
Here are some pictures of the German training with Mourinho’s side.

How has he fought his way back into the side? It’s brilliant to see him back in action and it seems Ander Herrera‘s red card against Burnley could be his opportunity to get back in Mourinho’s good books.
Many believed we’d never see him in a red shirt again after falling out of favour with Mourinho, but it seems his perseverance has paid off as he has trained with the first-team on Monday morning.
After turning down a summer move away from Old Trafford, Bastian will be delighted to be re-united with squad, following reports suggesting he had been training alone with a coach to help keep up his fitness.
