The trio could all start for Spain in what is widely considered Gareth Southgate’s final interview before getting the England job if he were to win.
Herrera is yet to make his debut but is in line to finally play for the senior team and he certainly deserves that after his form this season at Manchester United. As for De Gea and Mata, they’ve both been class too.
All three players are excited to play against England and back at the stadium where we lifted the FA Cup last season. Why wouldn’t they be?

I’m more excited at the thought of seeing Herrera make Jordan Henderson cry in midfield and Mata finding the back of the net than watching England to be honest.
Ahead of Arsenal, having all three players involved in the game in some capacity would be brilliant and they are clearly ready for it.
