Manchester United assistant manager Rui Faria insists his side deserved to pick up all three points against West Ham United.
Jose Mourinho was also sent to the stands following his reaction to Paul Pogba not receiving a penalty in the 1-1 draw with West Ham.
The side had a number of shots and tried to claw their way back into the game after conceding early, but were held for the fourth league game in succession at Old Trafford.
Speaking after the game, Faria claims United will begin to click together very soon.
“We are playing well and we deserved to win but we didn’t,” he said. “We deserve much more than we got.
“We dominate, we create chances to win the matches comfortably. The team is playing very well but some things didn’t happen. One day it will have to happen for us. We’ll start winning.
“The referee explained it to Jose and there is nothing more to say
“I think there was frustration from Jose after the yellow card for Pogba.
“It should have been a foul for us but the referee understood it in another way.”
Man United have had 91 shots at home against Stoke, Burnley, Arsenal and West Ham, but have only converted three goals and it’s getting ridiculous.
We’ve been far too careless in front of goals and have wasted solid opportunites, leaving leaving us 11 points off the pace in the Premier League.
With another clash against West Ham on Wednesday, hopes are Mourinho can make the right changes to get us back to winning ways.
