Jose Mourinho has confirmed that Zlatan Ibrahimovic will play for Manchester United against West Brom on Saturday afternoon.
The big Swede has been vital for Man United and has scored 14 goals in 24 appearances even though he suffered one of the worst goal-scoring droughts of his career.
He’s been back in fine form and helped Jose Mourinho’s side claim all three points against Crystal Palace on Wednesday night as he found an assist and a goal.
Speaking prior to the game, he claimed it’s been impossible to rest Ibrahimovic.
“It is, it is… He’s doing phenomenal,” he said.
“Tomorrow he’s going to play again, and then one week to rest [until the next match].”
Although Ibrahimovic has missed plenty of chances, he’s currently United’s top goal scorer and he’s been incredible, especially when you consider that we got him on a free from Paris Saint-Germain.
There aren’t many 35-year-old’s that can come to the Premier League and boast such a record, but Zlatan is different and has already proven that he’s here to conquer the challenge of England’s top flight.
Following a mixed start to life at Old Trafford, there’s no doubt that he’ll have a massive role to play on and off the pitch.
