Manchester United vs West Brom: Predicted starting XI

by Leo Nieboer

Manchester United will be desperate to remain within touching distance of fourth spot as they travel to the Hawthorns for their game with West Bromwich Albion on Saturday afternoon.

Jose Mourinho’s men have claimed consecutive league wins for the first time since August following hard-fought wins over Tottenham Hotspur and Crystal Palace, but face a tricky challenge against a West Brom side that they haven’t managed to beat away from home since Tony Pulis took charge in 2015.

Antonio Valencia, a fundamental aspect of Mourinho’s starting XI this season, returns to the starting XI after serving his one-match ban, but Eric Bailly and Henrikh Mkhitaryan will both miss out due to respective injuries.

With that in mind, here is Sam’s predicted XI for the game against West Brom. Be sure to give your thoughts on Sam’s XI and leave your own predicted XI in the video’s comments section.
