Manchester United fans were disappointed with Paul Pogba’s performance against Liverpool on Sunday night.

The Frenchman has been in brilliant form in recent weeks, but crumbled under the pressure at Old Trafford, misplaying passes, often getting dispossessed, losing his marker on corners and not to mention his penalty mistake.

He gave Liverpool the lead as he was whistled for a handball in the box, with James Milner stepping up to make it 1-0 in the first-half.

Here’s what fans on social media had to say about his performance.

It’s disappointing that Pogba wasn’t able to continue his fine form against Jurgen Klopp’s men as he was one of the main factors behind United’s resurgence in recent months.

He has consistently performed since his arrival at the club, getting better each week as he settled into the side, however the Liverpool clash showcased he still is human and that he can still have a bad game every now and then.

You could see the frustration in the Frenchman, as he knew he could do better and he’ll be hoping to improve when United face Stoke City on January 21.
