Manchester United supporters have expressed their excitement after reports from France claimed that a deal for Antoine Griezmann had been agreed.
It was reported last month that Man United had secured a verbal agreement with the Frenchman, alongside deciding on a weekly wage and a shirt number ahead of a summer move.
And according to Pierre Menes, the two clubs have agreed a deal for Griezmann, but will still need to negotiate over an exact transfer sum, which could amount to €100m.
United fans were quick to voice their enthusiasm following news of an impending summer move for the 25-year-old.
Seemingly Griezmann has agreed to join United. When you look at United's finishing tonight, it's hard to not get excited at that.

On this evidence, If Griezmann signs for United, will be nothing short of a miracle.

News of an agreed deal for Griezmann could not have arrived at a better time. The social media storm of discontent following United’s truly miserable 0-0 draw with Hull City was briefly adjourned – or perhaps just slightly tempered – by further suggestions that, in spite of remarks made by Atletico’s chairman, this deal could go through.
The Frenchman’s raw aggression and unpredictability at the masthead of attack would have without doubt served Mourinho’s men – seemingly bereft of any speed in the final third against Marco Silva’s side – incredibly well during what was another frustrating evening at Old Trafford.
