Gary Neville insists he would love to see N’Golo Kante playing under Jose Mourinho at Manchester United.
The Frenchman has been praised for her performances this season since his move to Stamford Bridge in the summer, which has been a continuation of his impressive time at Leicester City.
A move is highly unlikely, but there’s no doubt that Kante is a player that would be indispensable had he made the move to Old Trafford.
Speaking about a potential move, Neville claims Kante is a player that would fit in at Man United.
“Hazard has the ability to be in the top three or four, five players in the world with the likes of Neymar and [Gareth] Bale,” he said.
“Cristiano [Ronaldo] and Lionel Messi are out there on their own, like a super planet.
“But when you think of Bale, Neymar – Hazard has the ability to be in that bracket and he should be doing more all the time.
“He is world class as a talent, it’s just his levels of consistency to produce it year in year out that I think is the question.
“If you were saying to me which player could I like to see at United, it would be Kante but Hazard is not far behind.”
He deserves praise for the way he conducts himself, because many believe a large part of Chelsea’s success has been due to the arrival of Kante, who was inspirational in Leicester’s title surge.
Man United come up against Chelsea in the League cup quarter-final on March 13 and we’ll see just how influential Kante is on the team.
