Henrikh Mkhitaryan will be desperate for Thursday night’s game with FC Rostov to come around after the disappointment of being taken off against Chelsea after Ander Herrera‘s red card.
The Armenian midfielder was growing in confidence in that Chelsea game but didn’t have the opportunity to really establish himself in the game following his withdrawal, so he’ll be eager to get back in action against Rostov.

Rostov’s equaliser in Russia means this fixture is tightly poised and even though United will be clear favourites with the home advantage we can’t be complacent like the second leg of the EFL Cup semi-final against Hull City. So, another goal would go down well Mkhi if you don’t mind…
