Manchester United fans were disappointed with Paul Pogba’s injury against FC Rostov after his impressive performance in the first-half at Old Trafford.
The Frenchman controlled the game in the first 45 minutes, racking up more passes with Ander Herrera than the entire Rostov squad combine, but he pulled up with a hamstring injury just moments into the second-half forcing him off the pitch.
He could be out for weeks as Man United face selection issues, as Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Ander Herrera are currently serving bans, keeping them out of action in our next Premier League fixtures.
Here’s what fans on social media had to say about Pogba.
Not surprised Pogba has gone off with a muscle injury since he plays about 400 minutes of football every week.

No pre-season, flogged twice a week. No surprise that Pogba's form and body is flagging. Real selection problems now.

It was bound to happen sometime. Pogba looks overworked and this injury will help him get some time to get back in shape and come fresh.

Thought this would happen, Pogba playing full 90 min evey 3 days is gonna take a toll on him, hopefully it's nothing #MUFC

He’s been vital for Jose Mourinho this season, continuously playing a full 90 minutes in each of United’s games this season, even while they were challenging for silverware on four fronts.
Pogba hasn’t been playing as well in recent weeks and many believe he’s been left tired and fatigued after not receiving any breaks, which is what a well-deserved break would help solve.
Hopes are his injury is nothing serious as he’s been incredible this season and having him sidelined for longer than necessary would be a massive blow for Mourinho’s men.
