Henrikh Mkhitaryan scored on his return to action in Armenia’s 2-0 win over Kazakhstan in their 2018 World Cup qualifier.

Mkhitaryan started the game, completed the full 90 minutes and to boot grabbed a goal which marked his return in emphatic fashion with a cool finish to give Armenia the lead.

Here is a video of Mkhitaryan’s goal:

Manchester United fans will be rubbing their hands together at the sight of Mkhitaryan not only back on the pitch but straight back among the goals as well. He’s arguably been the heartbeat of United’s best attacking football this season, so to see him fit again is a real boost.

Next up for Man United is West Bromwich Albion at the weekend and having completed 90 minutes against Kazakhstan, the signs are good that Mkhitaryan will be fit for a return in the Premier League.
