by Sam Peoples

Manchester United have a host of players unavailable today for the West Brom game at Old Trafford today.

Ander Herrera and Zlatan Ibrahimovic are both suspended while Chris Smalling, Phil Jones and Paul Pogba are all injured.

Friday night brought a massive injury blow after Man United announced Juan Mata had undergone surgery on a groin injury, meaning he could be ruled out for the rest of the season.

So as you can see, United have to deal with plenty of issues today. Here is the squad that was seen at the Lowry yesterday:

David de Gea, Sergio Romero, Joel Pereira, Antonio Valencia, Timothy Fosu-Mensah, Matteo Darmian, Eric Bailly, Axel Tuanzebe, Marcos Rojo, Michael Carrick, Matty Willock, Marouane Fellaini, Jesse Lingard, Ashley Young, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Wayne Rooney, Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial.

Matty Willock has been brought into the squad from United’s U21s as has Axel Tuanzebe. Luke Shaw wasn’t spotted but hopefully he travelled separately.

United’s starting XI against West Brom will be announced at 1400 GMT. We will bring you the team news when it is official.
