All four players will miss the rest of the season but the likes of Antonio Valencia, Paul Pogba and Eric Bailly, who were all rested against Arsenal, are fit to play Celta Vigo.
Speaking to the press ahead of Celta Vigo, Mourinho said: “Since the last injuries, we know that nobody will recover on time, even to play the last match of the season, so the ones out will be out for the season. But people are ready, fresh, with a big desire to play the game.
“I am proud because we have important injuries that have reduced the possibility of rotation, of turnover, of resting players, so the players are the ones that are present all the time since we have this problem. So, yes, I’m proud, but one more match to be in a European final – we must give everything we have.”

Those players who are fit should be raring to go after plenty were given a rest for the Arsenal game at the weekend. We clearly missed Pogba and Valencia, so having those back will be a real boost and the in-form Marcus Rashford is our go-to man up front at the moment.
As Mourinho said, Man United are one game away from a European final. That’s nothing to be sniffed at, even if it isn’t the Champions League. United have never won the competition and it will complete our set of trophies if we can go to Stockholm and come back with silverware.
We’ll bring you the full starting XI team news an hour before kick-off as always at 1900GMT on Thursday.
