Andreas Periera has sent a message to supporters following an impressive season on loan at Granada as he makes his way back to Manchester United.
The Brazilian may have seen his side get relegated but he was one of their most consistent players and would have enjoyed his time in the La Liga.
He made 35 appearances and scored five goals for Granada and his impressive displays had resulted in fans urging Jose Mourinho to bring him back to Old Trafford early.
Taking to Instagram Periera paid tribute to the Spanish side, he wrote: “I want to thank the club for everything they did for me, I want to thank my teammates for fighting together till the end and also want to thank all the fans who supported me this season!
“I’m sure Granada will be back stronger!”
Pereira will feel better equipped to succeed at Old Trafford as he now has everything it takes to fit back into the side and become a first-team regular next season.
He’s a special talent and there’s no doubting the fact that he has the ability to go on and become a top player with some guidance from Mourinho.
